Sales Development Representative (f/m/x) @Elara

Elara is building a cloud-based application for maintenance teams within manufacturing companies to simplify shop floor operations. Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative Entrepreneur (f/m/x) who is eager to impact our growth by managing our lead pipeline while identifying leads and sales opportunities with an emphasis on driving outbound activities. In addition, you will have the opportunity to optimize our qualification criteria, run exciting tests and validate business assumptions.

Your Challenges

  • Partnering with our Account Executive and CEO to drive sales pipeline for our customers
  • Reaching out to prospective customers via phone, mail, social media
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly goals of qualification calls and qualified opportunities with prospective customers
  • Maintaining engagement with existing prospects through an adaptable and personalized approach
  • Partnering with and handing over qualified leads to Account Executive
  • Helping validate customer segments compiling and testing data
  • Prioritizing opportunities and applying appropriate internal resources
  • Leveraging various sales tools as well as Pipedrive for lead management
  • Ensuring a timely follow-up with all prospects
  • Constantly evaluating and optimizing own performance
  • Optimizing and extending our Sales Toolkit

Your Qualifications

  • University or college degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability and interest to listen effectively and uncovering customer needs, objectives, and challenges
  • Ability to proactively qualify for customer needs
  • Ability to understand lead’s specific requirements and communicate how Elara can provide a tailored solution (with training)
  • Ability to build rapport with prospects, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Working proficiency in German and English
  • Proactivity and curiosity to move conversations forward
  • Ability to follow the set processes, update the relevant systems diligently, and make suggestions on improvements
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven
  • Willingness to travel 10-20%
  • Native language skills in German are a MUST for this position; fluency in English
